Hello! I have Manjaro Linux 23, kernel 6.6.19-1-MANJARO. I downloaded Zoom for arch linux. When someone launches Whiteboard in a conference, a simple white screen is shown instead. Controls do not appear. I couldn’t find an answer on the Internet, so I decided to write here.

I have the same issue, Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon.
Zoom chatbot no help with this.

Did you solve the problem?

@MrWoon @PG_TW

We have checked the issue on MANJARO that works fine. It could potentially be related to a webview crash or a network proxy issue...  Could you tell about the client version you are using? we will track this

@AlisonOwO I have the same issue on Nobara Linux 6.10.3 (Wayland), with Zoom Workplace v6.2.3 (2056). When someone share the whiteboard, I first see only a white screen and all controls disappear as well, and later I saw error 300004 and can't interact with the interface even though it shows again (I have screenshots but not sure how I can share them).

Is there anything I can do or test to help with troubleshooting and resolution?
