View Only Whiteboards but I created them

I have multiple whiteboards that I've created. There are now a number of them that say View Only and I cannot make any edits to them, even though I created them. I have searched and cannot find any way to fix this. I need to be able to access and edit these whiteboards. I use them with clients. I have some that still allow me to edit. I don't know why some do and some don't. Thank you.

Hi @ShimonDC thanks for posting on the forum! What is your account type? Certain account types limit the number of whiteboards created. For example, free accounts only allow the three most recent whiteboards to be editable.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Thanks,

I have a Pro account but I see it only allows 3 whiteboards. I didn’t know that so thank you. I think for my purposes I’ll have to use a Google Doc that I do a screen share for so I can have unlimited while also preserving confidentiality.

Hello sorry to interrupt but I have a paid Zoom account but still have th is problem that most my whiteboards are in veiw only mode and I can't edit them.
