Student can't see whiteboard

The past couple of times I've been tutoring a student and went to share my whiteboard, they couldn't see it.  At the top of the screen it says something like "0 people following you".  How do I get my student to "follow" my whiteboard?  There's only two of us on the meeting...both people seeing the whiteboard used to be automatic.

    Hi @AH24, are you still facing this issue? When you open a whiteboard in a meeting, they should automatically see it on their end and we put other meeting participants in follow mode. Were you able to confirm they were able to see the Zoom Whiteboard interface?

    Hi @AH24 ，At present, in the meeting, other collaborators will follow you by default. If there is really an abnormality, you can click on the eye in the upper right corner, which is "All eyes on me", to let everyone follow you
