Unfortunately when I type my students name or email , it is not enabled.  I get a red circle with a line inside.

 I think this is a bug and no need to worry about the white board sharing.

I am having the same issue. My students have suffered this week as a result.  Unfortunately I need to move to another option. I teach online. I have to resolve this before Monday

Hi! Thank you for your feedback on this feature. Out of curiosity , are your students setup to login to Zoom using external authentication?

No.  there is something wrong with the set up because I cannot type any name  to send. I get a red circle with line.  It is not enabled.  I missed a week on effective interactions.

Hmmm. Strange. I also have not seen it before  it actually. Maybe the support team will get it resolved soon.
