Recovering a Whiteboard

My zoom account was managed by a company I contract for.   When they were managing it they restricted whom I could share whiteboards with and it was restrictinng the other clients I work with.   Then I took over purchasing my own subscription with the same email address and login information.  However the previous whiteboard I had saved are now gone.  

 

How can I recover this whiteboard?

      I don't know exactly what happened, as I am not a Zoom employee.
      I think it is possible that it was deleted when you detached from your previous account.
      Since the organization account manages the information written on the whiteboard, it would seem to be a natural behavior that it would not be carried over when you disconnect from the organization account.

       

      It would make sense to think of it as the same as not being able to take confidential company materials with you when you leave the company.
