New whiteboard problems

How can I show and work, using the OLD whiteboard with its options, instead of the new one (after the today's update)?

I am a mathematics teacher and the new one looks amazing, but some of my students cannot open the NEW whiteboard - getting "Connection Error / Unable to load this whiteboard / Unknown user (s-code-7c21d2737c-1706169090482)".

    Hello,

     

    Log into Zoom on the web.

    https://zoom.us/ 

     

    In your Personal settings confirm that the Whiteboard (Classic) setting is enabled.

     

     

     

    When you are in a Zoom meeting and click Share and choose Whiteboard a pop up will spawn giving you a choice between the Classic whiteboard and the new whiteboard.

    Correct! If you want to revert back to the classic whiteboard experience, disable "use whiteboard by default if available" in your personal meeting settings
