How to fix Zoom whiteboard annotations not showing live in recordings

I've been encountering a specific issue with Zoom whiteboard during my recorded tutoring sessions, and I'm hoping to find some guidance or a solution here. During the live session, everything seems to work fine, but when watching the recording, the annotations made by the tutor aren't visible until they move to a new text box.
