Host Unable to See Whiteboard but Participants Can See/Edit It

Is anyone else having trouble with the whiteboard? 

 

As a host, I can initiate it but I get an error saying it's not working. However, 2 of the 4 participants in the Zoom can see the whiteboard and edit it. 

 

Is anyone else having difficulty with this feature?

      I also have some problems with whiteboard. If I try to access whiteboard from app it just displays white screen.
      If I try to access it from safari I have the same issue. However it works fine in chrome for some reason.
      I am looking for the solution for iOS zoom app.
      Any one have any ideas ?
