Can't access Whiteboard templates

Hi,

 

I've used templates in Whiteboards before and had no trouble.

 

Now, however, when I click on a template from the template list, it will show for a second or two, and then the template feature will disappear. If I click on the template icon in the toolbar, the icon turns blue but nothing happens. I have to log off and log back in, but the same thing happens.

 

I've just downloaded an update and tried again in a new window. But nothing changes.

 

I'm using Mozilla Firefox, and cleared my zoom.us cache.

I cannot access any whiteboards at this time. All whiteboard stopped working around 7:45 PM CST. I cannot open a new or existing whiteboard on Google Chrome. I restarted my computer and that did not resolve the issue.

Thought it was because of my adblocker that the whiteboards aren't functional. I get the same thing as @Mamaki51, screen shows for about a second then just a big white box.

We would advise downloading the desktop application and trying the whiteboard template.
