Can I invite a member to use whiteboard in a meeting?

I want to conduct an important meeting regarding the TCS tracking but another member will explain all the things as he has the material and presentation. Can he use the whiteboard as a member or only I can use this?

both can use. you can invite others to edit, when you click the new whiteboard right side you have the option to share.  there are two options viewer and editor.  you can invite those who want to edit the whiteboard.
