Hello Palmer,

Thank you for your response but I do not have the possibilities that you show me on your screenshots. I would like to send my 4 screenshots. This way you will be able to understand what is happening on my Zoom. How can I send them to you? Is it possible to speak with someone from the Zoom company directly to resolve the issue. I hope that someone could help me Thank you for your reply.
