Can't find the list of those who have registered ? Where do I see who has registered for our upcoming webinar? Thx

hi!

I'm Pizzaluver28 and I will gladly assist you today.

To view your registrants, please follow the steps listed below.

1. Go to your zoom web portal.

2. Click on your webinars tab.

3. Click on the webinar that you would like to view the registrants for.

4. Click meeting information.

5. Click view registrants and attendies under registration.

Hi,

Thank you for the steps. The steps work up until step 4. I don’t see “meeting information” to click on. How is that possible? what can I do?

I found that after step 3 you would select "Invitations." At the bottom of that screen you'll see "manage attendees" which shows how many people registered and you can export that list.

Nearly 2 years and Zoom hasn't addressed this? What is the point of this community again?

This took some digging, but you have to click on the Reports tab to see who has registered for a webinar.

Really, Zoom could make this WAY easier.

Zoom, kind of sucks...

Their product team doesn't make the app easier to use.

Moving to Google Meets, because if I'm going to use a mediocre software I'm not going to pay extra for it.
