I cannot figure out how to enable the recording feature on the zoom webinar when I set up an event.

Hi,

The process of setting up recording (local or cloud) with Meetings and Webinars, is the same. Feel free to read the step-by-step procedure for this in this article.

Moreover, if you wish to automatically record a Webinar when it starts, there is an option for you to do it when you schedule a webinar. Refer to the screenshot attached.
