webinar breakout room is not showing

we enabled webinar breakout rooms for both meetings and webinars. but when start a webinar, it does not show any settings which we could create breakout rooms

we paid for webinars, now we can create webinar, but there is not any breakout room-webinar option in settings.

Hi, @Parisa70.

Likely the Breakout Rooms in Webinars setting is disabled.  You need to enable this in the Admin Settings and the User settings.  Look in the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section for the "Breakout Room - Webinar" setting.  Make sure that it is enabled, first in the Admin -> Account Management -> Account Settings menu in the Meeting tab, then in your Personal -> Settings menu Meeting tab.

the problem is we do not have breakout rooms-webinar in either of admin and personal, even though we purchased webinar module!

and we do not know how to access zoom support team.
