Zoom webinar and Hubspot registration

I am organising a Zoom webinar with registration details to be passed to my organisation's Hubspot account. However, I noticed that Hubspot contacts that already exist will not be updated to reflect a new Zoom registration activity. I thought I might instead create a Hubspot form and a landing page for the webinar, with an automation for anyone who fills out the Hubspot form to be automatically registered in Zoom as well. But I can't figure out if that's possible - does anyone have any experience?

Also, is there a way to view a registration list in Zoom webinars?

Thank you!

    hi @sustainablegal ,

You can pass in registrations as well as pass them out.

Does HubSpot allow you to post to Zoom? - Many other apps do.
Otherwise you could look at zapier or pabbly to connect the two

    All the best

Hello — Yes! We use a HubSpot landing page and form. From there, we have a workflow where if they submit form X --> they get added to Zoom webinar Y (you just need the webinar ID from Zoom).

Then you can view a list of anyone who submitted the form.

I am trying to configure this exact scenario, using Zapier and have run into many challenges.  The built integration doesn’t work. (Although the test zaps are successful, the registrations are  not getting created in  Zoom. At this point, I believe that I need  to have a Server to Server OAuth app created, and trying to convince folks to give me permission for that. Have you come up with a solution? We need to collect more info from registrants on the front end so that we can actually track what happens with them in the funnel, do marketing segmentation, etc.
