In the calendar download is there a way to change who it says hosted by or change any of the text?

Within the desktop app the calendar file cannot be edited. However you could download it, make any updates yourself by editing the text and then share. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you share customized calendar files for your Zoom events.
