Zoom convert meeting to webinar (still need webinar subscription)

I'm trying to schedule a webinar but still waiting on my IT department to provision the license. 

It looks like I can schedule the meeting and then convert it later to a webinar. 

Has anyone had experience doing this conversion from meeting to webinar, with license provided post meeting schedule?
