I will be hosting a webinar with two panelists. I will only set it up and must be unseen by the attendees. My video will be off, How can I not show my profile to the attendees?

@remaissance this does only apply to participants, you do have the option of assigning one of the participants as the host then hiding yourself within the meeting. There is not route of hiding the host within the meeting as their details will always show.
