Zoom Events Q&A: Can I download all Q&A questions after a session has finished?

After finishing a Zoom Webinar in Zoom Events (with one session) am I able to retrieve the Q&A questions that were submitted by the audience?

I can retrieve a Q&A Count in Reports, but cannot retrieve the full questions themselves.

There are a few ways to download the Q&A. You can navigate to the reporting section, you can use APIs to extract them programmatically or you can automate this using a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you extract webinar reports.

If you go into the actual reporting and session section, it shows a list of things and Q&A will be hyperlinked and you should be able to click and download and it's all the questions.

I have this same question, and the responses have not been helpful. I cannot find anything on Q&A in the reporting section.

Hello, you can find the Q&A information from an admin perspective by logging to the web portal (vanity url or zoom.us). Next go to Account Management > Reports > Usage Reports > Meeting and webinar history > click generate detailed report.

From a user or delegate perspective, login to the web portal, (vanity url or zoom.us). Go to Analytics & Reports > Meetings & Webinars > Usage Reports > Meeting and webinar history > click generate detailed report.

It is possible there may be some improvements in the future where this information will be available in an Event Hub, which will be helpful.
