Will a free licensed account have full capabilities for webinar?

Hi,

I am the owner of a Zoom Pro account, which means my account is also a licensed account. I have also paid for the Zoom Webinar with 500 attendees.

If I create a webinar and add a free licensed account as an alternative host, will this free licensed account have full capabilities for this webinar?

alt host must be licensed users in your account.  So no, anyone in your account with a free license cannot be assigned as Alt Host.  You need to start the webinar and then you can assign them as host.
