Why am I getting messages about roles while in Zoom webinar?

I was in my Zoom account yesterday adding/editing webinars when I received these messages across the top that say:

Adding Role sn_esm_user to (my user name)

Adding Role task_acivity_reader to (my user name)

Adding Role sn_apptmnt_booking.appointment_booking_user to (my user name)

Adding Role snc_external to (my user name)

Primary email device created for (my user)

I was able to close them using the x at the end of each message but I have checked with others that are testing things with our API and others but no one seems to know what they are.
