Do delegates have to have a zoom account to sign in to a webinar that has the Registration function enabled?

No, people who are attending your webinar do not need a Zoom account to join a webinar with the Registration function enabled. When registration is required, all that’s needed is an email address to register.

I myself have tried in vain on countless occassions to join public webinars that are hosted via zoom and not managed to do so. When I get to the registration, I get an error saying I need to register with a different account, although I have a free account on the email address I used. I have tried making numerous tickets to solve this issue, but zoom do not respond to them. Right now it seems that it is simply impossible for users with free zoom accounts to register for public webinars, which is a shame. I think we need to raise awareness about this, and let everyone who uses zoom now about it, so that they will fix it. You can begin by submitting tickets to zoom, and also by letting the organizers of the webinars know that Zoom makes it impossible for free users to join them.

Actually it is not possible for users who only have a free zoom account to register for public webinars. Zoom should fix this.
