WHY IS ZOOM ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SPAM US USING THEIR SYSTEM?

Is anyone else getting spam emails from scammers using the Zoom system and why is Zoom not doing anything about it. This is crazy and I will pull my company out of this product if nothing is done. The emails do not even allow for reporting spam. This is crazy.

This is a GARBAGE "spin" response. Why can't you, at the very least, provide a "REPORT" link here? Instead, you post nonsense needing a ton of reading, THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE NEEDED INFORMATION.

Where is the ACTUAL LINK to be able to report these scammers that Zoom is ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING WITH THEIR SCAMS?

Zoom Has made it purposefully difficult to report these people. You keep dropping links knowing full well that this involves a lot of reading and no one has the time to go through a million clicks to report it. You could simply have placed a report spam button which is mandatory in each webinar invite.

The spam emails are sent from ***********. That means if many recipients report it as spam, the domain may get bad reputation with email services. Moreover, the form https://zoom.us/trust-form really sucks -- it requires several fields as well as verification if not logged in; and it has an issue with pasting into the details field. Will people be patient enough to report? Why not attach a Report link for one-click experience?

And Zoom doesn't pay a decent care to the matter. Well...

Other providers have a "report spam and remove from list" button. Zoom makes reporting a multi-stage process which involves authentication and other BS. This should be ONE CLICK at the bottom of the confirmation emails. I am receiving 5-10 spam emails a day from a couple of promoters using the zoom system. NO CLEAR WAY to get off the lists, and these people should be banned from zoom for this level of abuse.

    Hello Community Members,

Thank you for your patience and continued support—we truly value your feedback.

We're excited to announce the rollout of our enhanced unsubscribe experience. For lower-tier webinar licenses, all webinar-related emails will now include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. With a single click, recipients can immediately unsubscribe from all webinar communications associated with that Zoom account.

If you change your mind, you’ll have the option to resubscribe right from the confirmation page—making the process quick and seamless.

To help us maintain a trusted email experience, please continue reporting any spam senders via the following link: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

Thank you for being a part of our community as we work to improve your Zoom experience.
