Unable to find "Allow livestreaming of webinars" under the In Meeting (Advanced) section

Hi everyone,

 

I'm unable to find the option to  "Allow livestreaming of webinars" under the In Meeting (Advanced) section as instructed in the help centre. Does anyone have any idea what is the cause?

 

Do I have to upgrade to Pro?
