I understand zoom offers a Spanish subtitles option.  How can it be included for scheduled webinars in English?

@Nafi is correct that Zoom does offer Closed Captioning and Live Transcription services, but for Spanish you will need to provide someone to provide the captioning, as our Live Transcription feature only currently supports English.
