Sharing sound (greyed out / unavailable once webinar starts)

Hey everyone,

Have had an issue where in the Zoom webinar practice room, the share sound option is available and works. However, when we start the webinar, the share sound option becomes greyed out.

Have checked that only single user sharing is selected at the moment. And no one is sharing at the same time. 

Any ideas?
