Screen Share - Webinar Controls Displaying as Black Box

I was sharing my screen (PowerPoint and then a video) in fullscreen mode.  The attendee view showed a black box where my controls were located, which blocked part of the shared content.  I don't believe I had this problem before.  Any ideas?

WOW! I wish we could receive a solution because this occurs when I'm sharing videos, PowerPoints, etc. Very annoying especially during a huge presentation.

During my last webinar, I made a point of not sharing my screen in full-screen mode on my computer and did not have this "black box" problem.  Not sure if it's a full-screen display issue??
