Reports shows error code

We've just finished a webinar and I'm trying to download the registration list.

 

When we try and access the reports page: https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report we get the following error message:

 

Requested resource not found (Service: AmazonDynamoDBv2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: ResourceNotFoundException; Request ID: MBRTTAA29DQR2O5VJK3AL7OM6RVV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG; Proxy: null) (-1)

 

This is rather time sensitive as we are waiting to send the recording out to our audience. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? 

 

We appreciate any info and thanks for your time.

Hi @LookUpUser looking at some support cases that are similar to yours -- it looks like the cause was a wide known issue with recordings that have affected multiple Zoom customers, believe the issue should be resolved now. 

 

You can check Zoom Status for any updates on Zoom services'.

This seems to have resolved itself. Not sure if Zoom was doing an update??
