Regarding monthly webinar subscription cancellation

I'm on an annual subscription to Zoom, and I'm going to use the webinar only for 1 month and cancel it after paying monthly for the webinar only, is it possible?

The unsubscribe button on Zoom doesn't work and I asked to contact Zoom, but they said no. Does anyone know why?

     Sorry about the inconvenience, You can turn to AE for help to change your Service within a subscription term. You can add a one-month webinar to your subscription by your self or ask AE to add it for you, if you just need use webinar for only 1 month instead of a monthly or annual webinar plan. It will automatically end within 30 days.

Possibly, it's tied back to the contract terms you agreed to. Since you're on an annual plan, you're most likely locked into that agreement, and you won't be able to cancel unless your contract has a specific clause that allows for it. If you're trying to cancel the add-on and the option isn't available in the web portal, it's probably because you bought it through a dedicated sales team. What I would recommend is for you to reach-out to your Account Executive directly so he can further assist on how you can make changes to your subscription. If in any case you don't know who your Account Executive is, my best advise is to contact our Sales team via this page.
