Q&A record post Webinar

Hi - I just did my first Webinar. I recorded it and I have easy access ot the recording and the participant's log. However, I cannot find the Q&A log. There were a few comments/questions I did not have time to answer during the webinar, and I would like to go back to those people.

So ... is there a record of the webinar Q&A?

Thank you!

Irina

Great question! Yes, you can definitely find those Q&A responses - I know how important it is to follow up with your participants! ‌😊

How to Find Your Q&A Log
• Simply sign in to your Zoom web portal (you'll need to be the host)
• Head over to Reports > Webinar
• Look for your webinar and click Generate or Download next to the Q&A report

Just so you know
• As the host, you'll have full access to all the questions and comments from your webinar
• This includes all those questions you wished you had more time for during the live session
• Your attendees won't see this log - it's just for you as the host

This should make it super easy to reach back out to those folks with thoughtful responses. Hope this helps with your follow-up!

Your procedure used to work for me, but now I do not see Q&A transcript as an option on the reports tab. Please advise as to where this has been moved. Thanks!
