Prevent viewers from downloading webinar recording

Hello!

We've been using Zoom Webinars for a few years now (albeit not continuously), and we didn't have any problems with the "view only" option when sharing a webinar recording.

Go to webinar recording, click the "Share" button, click the "More settings" button, set expiration date, uncheck "Viewers can download", check "Viewers need to  register to watch" option, check "Password" option, uncheck "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode, click "Save". Enter the email address(es), click send.

This is what we did, and the page that opened from the Zoom email link is the video "portal" to watch the video.

And now, for whatever reason, doing this in the webinar recording sends the email, but when the link is clicked, the video "portal" opens and the "Download (xx) files" link is displayed in the "portal."

How do I prevent this?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem when sharing regular meeting recordings. I am unable to prevent viewers from being able to download - unchecking the "allow viewers to download" box in the share settings no longer works. They are given the option to download. Is there anyway to get a live person in Zoom support these days?? Tremoblas, I hope your webinar challenge has been worked out!
