Please stop the spam accounts!

I keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for? They contain no unsubscribe buttons or report to spam and are AI related.  Super annoying........

Me too.  Please provide some way to easily unsubscribe from the spam webinar and to report it!

I am having this same issue - Zoom should have a way to report users who are spamming people

Yes but it is also illegal not to include a button to remove yourself from an email you don’t sign up for with no way to unsubscribe. Marking as spam doesn’t work as it reports Zooma and you won’t receive legitimate registrations. If you use zoom regularly like I do, it’s not really an option. Just can’t believe this is still a huge security and compliance oversight on Zoom’s part.

    Hello community members,

I'm sorry for the late response and the inconvenience you experienced.

Please submit a report to Zoom Trust & Safety for further assistance.

We have all done this already.  We are beyond this. You guys need to add proper unsubscribe and spam reporting to your meeting links!

I am also getting getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for.

Spam emails from webinar.com have a link to report spam to Webinar.com

They also have an unsubscribe button,

I cannot block emails from Zoom as I have many weekly Zoom events that I need to see.

    Hi everyone,

I wanted to share an update that our Trust & Safety team will take appropriate action based on the results of their investigation. Please continue to help us report these bad actors by completing the T&S webform: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

    Thank you!

    Hello Community Members,

Thank you for your patience and continued support—we truly value your feedback.

We're excited to announce the rollout of our enhanced unsubscribe experience. For lower-tier webinar licenses, all webinar-related emails will now include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. With a single click, recipients can immediately unsubscribe from all webinar communications associated with that Zoom account.

If you change your mind, you’ll have the option to resubscribe right from the confirmation page—making the process quick and seamless.

To help us maintain a trusted email experience, please continue reporting any spam senders via the following link: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

Thank you for being a part of our community as we work to improve your Zoom experience.

Thanks! This is a great step forward but these spammers are still just moving us to a different lisst so the spam continues.  You need to also have the ability to mark the webinar as SPAM that way we can notify the Zoom team of bad actors internally and you guys can blacklist them and their ips.

    Hi @irisjet,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We've raised concerns regarding the continued receipt of spam invitations despite unsubscribing. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.
