Paid Webinar Account but Asked to Upgrade From Free

I have a paid webinar account (monthly) but the webinar page shows a warning at the top: "Your free trial will expire in 5 days and you will lose your scheduled webinars and relevant reports. Upgrade now to a paid plan to keep using webinar features." Why is the warning there if it's a paid plan and not a free trial?

    They will be able to assist you in resolving your situation. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
