On-Demand Webinar and recording link

After my on-demand webinar will a link be automatically sent to those who registered but did not attend? Or do I need to share the link with them myself?

And will the attendees be auto-notified/sent the recording link as well or this is something that needs to be done manually?

Hi  Trina_k

If your webinar registration and on-demand are enabled.

You can also enable the [Follow-up Email to Attendees] and [Follow-up Email to Absentees] from the Email Settings manually.

Also if you want to share the recording after the Webinar, you can only send the registration URL of this Webinar.

Then people can register and watch to the Webinar recording.

Please uncheck this option of [Close registration after event date] from the Registration Settings before the Webinar started.
