Milliseconds in Poll/Quiz Reports/Results

Hi,

Can anyone confirm how do I get Milliseconds in Results after conducting Polls/Quiz? The report generated only shows Seconds and it doesn't even shows results in the order of "Fastest answer First".

 

Is there any setting by which i can have results with milliseconds in the Poll/Quiz report(s)?
