I recently hosted a webinar and one of the complaints from people was that they felt out of touch because they couldn't use their cameras and see other attendees. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Hi @nimo_impact11, thank you for your contribution to the Zoom Community!

I apologize for the inconvenience caused during your Zoom webinar, where participants were unable to use their cameras and see other attendees. To address this issue and ensure a better experience for future webinars, you can enable the video setting for panelists in the webinar settings or during the webinar.\

To enable the video setting for the webinar:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Webinars
The list of scheduled webinars will appear.
  3. Click Schedule a Webinar or Edit the desired webinar.
  4. Adjust the following setting and select the options next to "Video"

You can enable video during the webinar:

1. During the webinar select Participants

2. In the participant's list, select More (bottom right)

3.  In the drop down list, click Allow Panelists to start video.

I hope this helps with the next few webinars!

Carla,
Zoom Community Team
