Hi all,

Is it possible to set a limit on the number of participants in a webinar?

For example: 100 people can register to the session, but only the first 20 who connect can actually join the session.

If it's not possible in Zoom Webinar I ask if I can achieve this results with another Zoom product.

Thanks,

Sonia

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @DWUser.

Interesting question. I’d love to know more about the intended use case for this!

The Zoom Events product has a way to accomplish this, though the product itself might be a bit overkill for your needs. A Zoom Event can have it’s registration capped, and then one or more sessions within the overall event can be designated to require Reservations, and the max reservations can be set for each session at any number.

Zoom Events is not a trivial product. Reach out to me though if this scenario interests you.
