How to limit the number of responses to the ZOOM questionnaire.

I am considering sending a link to participants in a follow-up email after the zoom webinar.

The survey is not a third party survey such as Google Forms, but a survey created by zoom.

In that case, is it possible to set the number of responses to one per person?

I want to prevent people who have already responded from responding again.
