Help! I cannot download registration list for my big event

I was able to download the registration report for an event this week, but when I try to download the list of registrants for a different event we are hosting next week, no data is found. The only thing that shows up is the registration report I already have from the first event. Does anyone know how to fix this? It is urgent. Many thanks

    Hi @Ilfeax 

     

    If you are seeing your previously generated report, you are likely looking in your Report Queue.

     

    To see a registration report for a different meeting, you will need to generate a new report at:

     

    https://zoom.us/account/report/regmeeting

     

    If you cannot see your meeting by date, try searching for it by Meeting ID. See below.

     

    If your upcoming event is in fact a Webinar, please keep in mind the Webinar reports are separate at:

     

    https://zoom.us/account/report/webinar

     

    If neither option works, try Editing your actual event and check under Registrations there.

    Make sure you are in the date range.  change the TO to next week after scheduled event
