I am unable to locate the template for follow-up emails to absentees within the email settings. I am using Zoom Events license, Event is Virtual with multiple webinar sessions. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Mbbigyu! The follow-up absentees email is currently unavailable for Zoom Events/Sessions, however, engineering is aware of this ask and they'll be working on this for future enhancement. In the meantime, you can do the following options: 1) repurpose the invitation email for an absentee blast, export absentees via CSV in reporting and re-upload it as an invitation list; 2) use your email marketing system to trigger a follow-up to absentees; or 3) customize the "Recordings are Available" email template.

Correct, you could export absentees to a CSV and email from your own email client. There is also a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you emails absentees based on a template.
