Flooded by undesired confirmations

Hi,
I regularly receive webinar confirmations or updates that I did not request. So I spend my time unsubscribing. In the past, it was possible to indicate that a subscription was unwanted, but that option seems to have disappeared. The only solution I see now is to block all emails from Zoom.
Would someone have a less drastic alternative to suggest?
