Cloud Recording Lost Today - May 10, 2022

I recorded a webinar to the Cloud today at 3 p.m. edt. Know it was recorded because I got the message at the end about it was converting the recording. Did not turn off my laptop.  Went back tonight and there is no evidence of the recording...no email to me about the chat or recording...no listing of it on my Zoom Recording page...etc. Able to retrieve it from the Cloud now???

    I would love to assist you. The cloud recordings generally take about two times the duration recorded to process but occasionally may take up to 24 hours due to higher processing loads.
    For example, an hour-long meeting with only 30 minutes recorded would typically take 30-60 minutes to process.

     

    We highly recommend if you wait till 24 hours, then you could create a ticket with our support team while we can retrieve or check it for you.
