Can't set up Webinar Survey

Previously, I've always had a 3rd party survey (and the same URL as a webinar exit page), but now that seems to be missing from Zoom Webinars.

Under "survey" there are no options to set up a survey...  this is very frustrating. Is this feature broken? Hidden somewhere now?
