Can I set up audio ques for polling questions on a webinar

We have a large webinar that requires audio notification of polling questions.  Is this possible?

Great question. There is nothing in Zoom for this at present, but I have a PC loaded with a lots of feedback noises like beeps claps, laughs and standard audio messages.

If you share your computer sounds (in advanced sharing), you can then play audio files on your PC and will be heard by the audience.
