CSV File Not uploading

Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column. What is wrong?

There are different format requirements depending on where you are uploading to. Please be specific about the location, and I’ll see if I can help.

@Ray_Harwood  I was uploading via the Invitation Email>Invitation>To Recipient > Email List. 

Where else can you bulk upload CSV files?

Hi Ray, I can't see those menus when I click on my webinar. Have the menus been changed?

You have to finish the creation process first. Once the Webinar is created, you can go back in and see the other tabs and menus.
