A recording of an old webinar is playing following the registration for my new webinar

Hi - not sure why but created a new webinar template and tested out the registration.  Following my registration an old video recording of one of my prior webinars starts to play.  Also a custom question from an old webinar is appearing but don't see under my custom registration questions, only when I test out.
