Website not opening from link given in chat

Hey guys, If I give the url of a website in the chat it does not open. It shows some kind of error. I have tried putting the url in chat multiple times but the same error occurs. What should I do??  Take a  look

Hello @Denver – I think this might be because you have Chat Encryption enabled for your account (Account Settings > Team Chat > Security). When this setting is turned on, link previews are disabled by default, but can be enabled by admins - either disable this at the account level or tick the box below it that says "Enable hyperlink preview":
