I can't see photos that are sent to me

Hi guys, there seems to be a problem in which every time someone sends me a photo or a picture it just appears on my screen as a gray triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle, and there is no way for me to see it or download it.
Can someone please help? 🙂

Hi @Uros-Mono-AV! I'd be happy to help. Are you using the latest version of Zoom in addition to the latest software version on your device?

Yes, i checked that first. I should probably mention that every other kind of files works, only pictures and photos show up as an error triangle.
