Cloud Recording stuck at state "Processing Recording..."

What is the problem when cloud recording is in a state "Processing Recording..." for 20+ hours ?

    Probably not the answer..... but. Have you left the web page open the whole time waiting for it to switch? I have noticed the status will not update on a page that was opened during "processing" you have to refresh the page to see a status change.

    Not the answer 🙂
    I have refreshed X times the web page. Also with CTRL + F5 to be sure. 
    I have written a support ticket, 2 times, because they just close my ticket without any response. ! Grr!
    However maybe they have do something with my problem, as I threatened I will not continue our contract with zoom (30+ Licenses). My recording is available now.

    As I stated probably not the answer 😁, but sometimes we overlook the simple solutions. Glad you were able to get your recording.
