i have a problem in zoom room

hey guys ...

- i install zoom room app in dell device on win10 and Preparation the room and device on zoom account

but the problem  when i sign in at the zoom room it gave me a massage  " zoom room must be  upgraded .please contact IT for assistance "

    Hi @Ammar-mohammed which version of Zoom Rooms are you installing on this PC? You will need to make sure that it is at least 5.8.3. Please take a look at our release lifecycle policy to see the lowest version of Zoom Rooms supported.
